We book the courier and he comes to your door. Message us with your address and when you are home, and we set it up.
Pack everything in one carrier bag, no boxes, no shoe trees, with your name inside. The courier fee goes on your invoice with the work. Same-day is sometimes possible; ask.

One loop each Thursday and Friday, 12 to 4 pm. We collect at your door, do the work on the bench, and bring it back on your next loop. Nothing is charged until our team has seen the item and you have said yes.
Fee paid at booking, by card or PayNow. Need it sooner than the next loop? WhatsApp us and the team will see what's possible.
Bookings close Thursday 12 am for that week's loops. After you book and pay the collection fee, send us photos of the items from your booking page. On Thursday we review the photos and confirm the pick-up, so nothing is collected that we cannot work on.
Be reachable on your mobile from 12 to 4 pm. If you are heading out, leave the items outside your door in a paper bag. Our driver waits a maximum of 10 minutes, then continues the route; the collection fee still applies.
Shoes in their dust bags or ziplock bags. No boxes, no shoe trees. Up to 20 pairs in one collection, extra pairs ride free.
Paid when you book, by card or PayNow, and it is not refunded if you cancel. If an item turns out to be beyond repair it comes back on the next loop, and the fee still applies.
When your items arrive we log their condition and look at each one on the bench. We confirm the work and the price, and only start once you say yes. If we find more than you described, you hear first.
Finished items return on your loop, 2 to 4 weeks by service. We message when it is ready and again the evening before. Not home? It comes the following week, or collect at Ann Siang Road any day we are open.
Furniture, luggage and anything one person cannot carry. For these, WhatsApp us and we arrange it separately.
